New Vision Homes, Inc. has been providing quality off-site constructed homes in Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, New Mexico, Utah and Kansas since 1978. Since we opened our doors, there have been many improvements in the quality of homes we offer. Technology and innovation have made it possible for us to provide homes that rival those of any site builder, and at a considerable savings.

Our primary building partner is Summit Crest/Genesis Homes, a division of Champion Homes, in Berthoud Colorado. These homes are built to the International Residential Code (IRC).

Skyrocketing costs and the difficulty of maintaining high quality and efficiency when building outdoors, has made our homes a great alternative. With dozens of plans to choose from, and our Customer Design Series, there are many ways that you can customize your own home.

You can do the remaining work on your home site, such as the foundation, garage, and landscaping, or you can leave that to us. We will be happy to provide a detailed breakdown of site related costs for you to consider.
